NOW HIRING — GENERAL MANAGER Lone Star Supply · Conyers, GA Established wholesale bakery and donut supply distributor is seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. ________________________________________ About the Role The General Manager is the operational leader of our warehouse — responsible for overseeing our team of warehouse workers and delivery drivers, ensuring every order goes out complete and on time, and keeping the business running smoothly day-to-day. You'll work closely with the owner and be trusted to make decisions that keep our customers happy and our operations efficient. Responsibilities • Manage and support warehouse workers and delivery drivers • Perform second-check verification on all pallets pulled for delivery • Maintain accurate records of customer payments and make bank deposits as needed • Handle in-person customer pickups (coordinated via email and messaging) • Print and organize invoices, customer notices, and marketing materials for upcoming deliveries • Keep the owner informed on operational issues, customer concerns, and any business developments • Respond to unforeseen business events with sound judgment Schedule • Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to finish • Approximately 40 hours per week (varies by day, subject to change) • No weekends What We're Looking For • 5+ years of management experience (warehouse, distribution, food service, or related industry preferred) • Fluent English required • Korean language ability is a plus • Strong leadership and communication skills — you're comfortable directing a team and building relationships with customers • Computer proficient — comfortable with email, invoicing software, and basic office tools • Reliable, organized, and self-directed — able to run the operation without daily supervision • Trustworthy — handles cash deposits and confidential business information Compensation To be discussed based on experience.
