부서: Production 경력: Entry-Level 마감: 12/31/2026 MAJOR FUNCTION: - Focus on SAFETY, QUALITY and PRODUCTIVITY - Perform production activities as outlined in company policies and work - Follow 3C 5S on the production floor. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Operate machines assigned individually to perform production activities. - Follow work standards and team leader's or supervisor's instructions. - Conduct visual self-quality inspections on parts during production activities. - Conduct daily equipment inspection and perform basic record keeping. - Comply to safe work practices and make sure all required PPE are prepared. - Improve operator's cycle time by suggesting layout modification to team leaders or supervisors. - Conduct rework activities and defect tracking processes. PREREQUISITES FOR THE JOB: - High School diploma / GED - Experience in a manufacturing environment. - Welding experience – MIG welding - Ability to read and follow written instructions. - Excellent hand and eye coordination - Able to lift objects weigh more than 50 lbs occasionally.
